Angel Beats! Episode 12

From the previous episode, the world is suddenly attacked by NPCs that turned into shadow engulfing being. SSS team is fighting hardly to get rid of this shadow mobs. Yurippe found the source of where this new system came from .

Someone in the past found love. However the person he loves passes on and leaving him alone in this world. He waited for her to revisit but the waiting is so long that he could not endure . So he made a reset program, for if anyone ever found love again they will not suffer the same fate as him. Love is something that shouldn’t exist in this world is what he was thinking when he created the system. When a person is engulfed by the shadow, he / she will be reset to a player-npc type of attitude. Which means he/she will be living like NPC and maybe pass on? It’s not clear as to what happen next.

The reason as to why this system activated would be Yui and Hinata. And I would say Otonoshi would be one of the reasons too. He felt love for Kanade and Yurippe. He’s the only one who felt sorry for Kanade , and he won’t pass on till he gets to fix thing with Yurippe. Not to mention he had 2 gays fighting over him. If that’s not love, then what is? I think.. Many has different views on this.
